I’m Pep Nolla Bordoy, founder of NB studio.
From a young age, working on our family hotel, I developed a hands-on understanding of construction. I built upon this with studies in Topography, Civil Projects, Building Engineering, and a Master’s in Quantity Surveying.
For over a decade, I’ve gained diverse experience in the building sector, working with companies, architects, and in local government, focusing on cost control and project management. This includes challenging freelance projects, like building my own home.

As a Quantity Surveyor and Site Manager, I provide expert advice on materials and suppliers from the start, and ensure quality and cost-efficiency during construction. We usually work in the Southwest but we are open to work in the rest of the Balearic Island.
We are a team of three members, two technical architects and one interior designer but we are in contact with a big team of architects, engineers, building companies and others suppliers that we trust to get you the best services with máximum quality levels.
